About Us

We start the initial session with an analysis of the player's weaknesses and strengths in order to establish a baseline. Our goal is to work on each weaknesses until it becomes a strength. Since soccer is 90% mind, We also gear each lesson on working on the player's mental and emotional stability. We also work on their technical skills because it is one of the basic elements a good player needs to have. Another basic skill is teamwork, a team is comprised of many skilled players but without working together their potential is stifled and they can only go so far.
Mission
Enhance every athlete’s skills, and take it to its fullest potential; therefore, we develope a strong self-esteem, and enforce the ideals in which Houston HPSF is founded upon- respect, sportsmanship, work ethic, discipline, teamwork and fellowship. All of this will be done in a healthy, highly competitive, and family like environment that will boost the athlete’s performance in every aspect of their lives.
Objective
Develop a program that will fit each athlete’s needs. Our goal is to adapt the knowledge of our team to create personal training routines that will improve each athlete’s skills and fitness in order to continually improve their performance each game.
